*Registering guest must be 25 years of age. Rates are subject to change without notice. Specific units cannot be guaranteed. Rate periods listed do not include Holidays and Special Events where rates will increase. Minimum stays of 2-5 nights may be required on Peak Season weekends. First night’s room & tax required within 10 days of booking to guarantee reservation and is used toward payment upon arrival. A $200 refundable security deposit is required upon arrival. This security deposit may be paid by cash, check or credit card authorization and is refunded following room inspection. A $15 cancellation fee for reservations canceled 7 or more days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit. Monthly rates are based on day of arrival. Rates/requirements subject to change. $10 registration fee upon arrival. Monthly Rental Policy: $150.00 deposit due to confirm reservation, Linen & departure fee $35 per month. 2 month minimum stay required for February. 30 day cancellation notice required for refund.
